Booking system

Our activity bookings may be managed through third-party booking systems such as Bókun. The booking system may process your contact, booking, participant, pick-up and payment-related information according to its own privacy policy and security practices.

Payments

Payments may be processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, Bókun or other payment partners. They may collect billing and payment details, your name, email address and IP address.

Emails & communication

We may contact you about booking confirmations, activity details, schedule changes, customer support enquiries and review requests after an activity.

If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in the email.
